• Do your fountains require plumbing work?
No, our fountains don't hook up to your plumbing system. All fountains that we carry include a pump that recirculates the water that's intitially poured into your fountain using a cup, bucket, or hose. This allows you to place it anywhere in your home indoors or out.
• Are your fountains suitable for the outdoors?
Yes! All our fountains work great indoors or out. They're crafted from fiberglass and weather-resistant resin that won't fade in the sun, warp, crack, or split under harsh weather conditions. Make sure to visit our Fountain Care section to help you protect your investment.
• Why do your solar lanterns have LED lights?
Our solar lanterns feature solar powered LED lights that charge during the day and light up automatically during the night. LED lights produce a brighter light, last longer and use less energy to help make your solar lanterns even more effective and efficient. Plus, they cost pennies per day to operate.

• What is the Garden and Pond Depot Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. New, unopened, unused and resalable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange with approval. Merchandise labeled as “refurbished” must be returned in the original state they were received. Please note that any merchandise received without original packaging or in used condition will not be accepted or refunded at our discretion. Any opened merchandise determined as defective or none working is not eligible for return but is covered by our product-specific replacement policy. Please refer to our product-specific policies below for qualification details.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of merchandise returned to us or to one of our drop ship suppliers. We will cover return shipping costs or provide return shipping labels if the return is a result of our error. Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable except when an order is placed under a free shipping promotion. In which case, the entire purchase amount will be refunded.

• How do I receive Free Shipping?
You can receive free ground shipping on your Garden & Pond Depot order when your purchase amount is over $49. Free ground shipping applies to orders with the shipping address to within the continental United States.
• When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 2 business days for your Garden & Pond Depot order to be processed. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped and may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. You may also retrieve your order status and tracking information in your Account.
• What are my shipping options?
We offer many different shipping options. Within the continental US we offer Ground, 2 day, and next day shipping. We ship via, USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. We can also ship to Canada via USPS. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact our customer service team for a quote. At this time we do not ship outside of the USA and Canada.
