The Gift-with-Purchase Program is exclusively for customers of Garden and Pond Depot.com. Employees and vendors of Garden and Pond Depot are not eligible for the Gift-With-Purchase promotion. The Gift-with-Purchase Program is open to all registered customers 18 years of age or older, who have an account to use coupon code at checkout. Gift-with-Purchase promotion is limited to shipments in the continental United States. To receive their gift, customers must redeem their promo code when checking out, at the time the qualifying purchase is made. Gift-with-Purchase promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

All Gift-with-Purchase items must be returned with original purchased item(s) if a return is required. Non returned Gift-with-Purchase items will be deducted their full retail value from the return amount.
